Quality of Life Care Planning

This article is to help promote walking outdoors and other activities that can help individuals with cognitive malfunction. The following are recommended goals:

  • 4 kilometer walks per day     

  • 4 brisk walks per week

  • 4 hours of standing exercise every day 

  • Make direct contact with 4 people every day outside
