Can FlexFloats Bring Marine Salvage To a New Level ?

I have been improving the FlexFloat marine salvage concept I first dreamed up when the Costa Concordia cruise ship ran aground off the west coast of Italy in 2012.  The cost of that salvage and clean up, will be in the range of two billion dollars. I will be very interested to see if the concept described in this YouTube is developed, and appreciate any feedback.
