The ‘Percentric Graph System'  (PGS)  is a concept for a computer program or an app. The very simple system could be used in planning, management or evaluation. The PGS is a method of comparison between 'What is', and 'What could be' or 'What should be' .  
There is no limit to the range of categories so the system can accommodate multiple topics for easy comparison.

The basic questions that this system can display are; where are we now and where should we be?

The topic for comparison could include:

  • Population 

  • Employment

  • Budgets

  • Consumer demand

  • Transportation needs

  • Financial  requirements 

  • Recreation

  • Health care    Etc.  Etc.
