Complaints If you have a complaint or concern about your drinking water, first contact your water supplier.
If you do not know who your water supplier is, or are unsatisfied with the response, please contact your local Environmental Health Office for assistance.
An Environmental Health Officer (EHO) will handle your complaint. EHOs have the authority to act as Drinking Water Officers under the Drinking Water Protection Act and Regulations.
Boil Water Notices
Each year there are many boil water notices issued
EPCOR is the largest private purveyor of water for 4,000 and increasing population. Well fields are located in the industrial area of Errington near Church Road and Springhill Rd. Other wells are located in the community of French Creek, one is located directly across the road from the sewage treatment plant.
